Description
The building was built by the Italian architect M. Delmedino. The house belonged to ataman D.M. Borodin.
The building is stone, two-storey, built in the Empire style. In 1930, the balconies were removed from the facade; the columns at the entrance were removed. The internal arrangement of the rooms has also undergone changes. In the post-war period, there was a House of pioneers and schoolchildren, at which the first planetarium in Kazakhstan was opened. Currently, the building houses the hospital of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Pushkin Museum.
