Karev's house is a three-storey building, the facade of which is decorated with semi-columns, trims, architectural belts, and is crowned by a tent roof with carved wooden windows. The most beautiful architectural details of the house are the balconies: a large central and two small side ones. Under the figural hipped roof, on the pediment, the year of construction of the building is indicated – 1900. On the ground floor there were shops of merchants A. Karev, A. Schmidt, R. Funk.
