Description
The building was built in 1838 according to the project of the first Ural architect, Italian Delmedino, who was invited to Uralsk from St. Petersburg. Later, the military archive was housed in this building. Currently, the building houses the regional library for children and youth named after Kh. Yesenzhanov.
