Description
Bagdat Shayakhmetov is a Kazakhstani economic figure, Hero of Labor, former President of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant.
The bust of Bagdat Shayakhmetov was installed in 2014 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk in front of the building of the House of Culture of the joint-stock company “Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant”.
The sculptor is V.B. Samoilov. The architect is S.M. Artemenko.
The monument was included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Monuments of Republican significance.
